MATTHEW HARDY

Matthew was born in Glen Waverley, Victoria. Before moving from Melbourne to London in 1992, he was a freelance writer for The Age, performed at the Last Laugh and was named Best New Comic at the Hilton Hotel (judged by Russell Gilbert, Trevor Marmalade and Glenn Robbins). He was a writer for the Coodabeen Champions radio shows, and had a number of his footy songs featured on Greg Champion's That's What I Like About Football album.

Based in London until February 2000, Matthew became a regular performer at the world famous Comedy Store and also on BBC TV's top-rating Saturday Night Stand-Up Show. Matthew wrote for the UK edition of FHM magazine and also created a TV sketch series which was nominated at Montreaux's International Golden Rose Awards in 1999.

In 1999, Matthew had his debut novel, Saturday Afternoon Fever published by HarperCollins. The rites of passage story of an obsessive Australian Rules Football fan quickly became a bestseller. The book went into its 3rd reprint in 2002.

He regularly appears as a panelist on ABC TV's The Fat and is currently writing for the UK television series, The Sketch Show, produced by Steve Coogan and currently being aired on Network 10.

"In heaven, everyone will be as naturally funny as Matthew Hardy".

MICHAEL VEITCH

Best known for his character acting and radio voices, in particular on hit shows such as D-Generation and Fast Forward, Michael offers the rare opportunity to corporate clients to tailor his after dinner performance and appear as just about any type of character required. Obviously, Michael is extremely competent to perform a straight MC role (or comical) for the evening.

RACHEL BERGER

RACHEL BERGER is widely acknowledged as one of Australia's finest stand up comedians. Her material is political, psychological and socially conscious. It encompasses contemporary lifestyles, offering a hilarious and poignant expose of human foibles. Her dynamic presence and engagingly sharp observations have made her an extremely popular performer both live and on television, across Australia and overseas. WHAT THE PRESS SAY ABOUT RACHEL BERGER...
"Berger, queen of stand-up satire and dominatrix extraordinaire of audiences." The Australian
"She is one of the sharpest comedians of either gender or hemisphere"
The List, Scotland
"An hour with the unique Berger is like driving on a hot, dark night with high beam lights coming straight at you. She's alluring, seductive and dazzling. Two hours could be dangerous."
The Canberra Times
"There are passive stand-ups and there are active ones. Berger is one of the latter ... but there's still a centre to the act too. She's sharing her observations with us rather than pounding out the gags."
Time Out, London
"An uninterrupted high-octane monologue, delivered at breathtaking speed… Elle Magazine, Britain
